Sales Person (Sales Executive) Policy

This document defines the official roles, responsibilities, working process, discipline, and data rules for all Sales Persons at Riseup. Following this policy is mandatory.

1. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

A Sales Person is responsible for contacting assigned leads, understanding seller requirements, explaining Riseup services correctly, and closing deals professionally.

2. DAILY WORKING PROCESS

  • Contact leads immediately after assignment
  • Use professional and approved communication only
  • Understand seller business before pitching
  • Explain only approved plans and pricing
  • Do regular follow-ups until closure

3. CONTACT SAVING & DATA POLICY (STRICT)

  • Every seller contact must be saved (interested / not interested / follow-up)
  • No contact should be deleted under any condition
  • All contacts and WhatsApp data must be saved on company email only
  • Personal Gmail, iCloud, or phone backups are not allowed

4. WHATSAPP & OFFICE GROUP RULES

  • Office groups are for work communication only
  • No personal chats, jokes, memes, or forwards
  • Maintain professional language at all times
  • No arguments or complaints in office groups

5. WORK DISCIPLINE & BEHAVIOUR

  • Follow office timing strictly
  • Be respectful to TL, seniors, and colleagues
  • No loud talking, misbehaviour, or attitude issues
  • Professional behaviour is mandatory

6. REPORTING & ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Daily work report submission is compulsory
  • All lead status must be updated honestly
  • False reporting will lead to strict action

7. LEAVE & ATTENDANCE RULES

  • Maximum 2 leaves allowed per month
  • Leave without approval is unauthorized
  • Repeated absence may impact role and incentives

STRICT WARNING: Data misuse, contact deletion, fake commitments, unprofessional behaviour, or violation of company policy may result in *fine, incentive hold, role termination, or removal* as per management decision.
