Senior Team Leader (Senior TL)
This document defines the official role, authority, responsibilities,
and discipline guidelines for the position of Senior Team Leader
at Riseup. Compliance is mandatory.
1. Role Overview
A Senior Team Leader acts as a bridge between Team Leaders and
Management. The role carries higher authority, responsibility,
and accountability for team performance, discipline, and reporting.
2. Core Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise multiple Team Leaders
- Monitor daily sales activity and lead handling
- Ensure proper follow-ups and conversion discipline
- Guide TLs in performance improvement
- Resolve team-level escalations before management
- Ensure company policies are followed strictly
3. Authority & Limits
Senior TL has authority to:
- Review Team Leader and Sales Executive performance
- Recommend warnings or corrective actions
- Suggest lead redistribution
- Approve routine operational decisions
Senior TL cannot:
- Change pricing, plans, or company offers
- Commit incentives or salary changes
- Terminate any employee without management approval
4. Reporting & Accountability
- Daily team performance summary to Management
- Weekly review of TL and Sales performance
- Clear explanation of missed targets or issues
- Accuracy in reporting is mandatory
5. Discipline & Conduct
- Maintain a professional and respectful tone at all times
- No favoritism or bias within teams
- No public arguments or unprofessional communication
- Lead by example in discipline and punctuality
6. Performance Review
Senior TL performance will be evaluated based on:
- Overall team revenue
- Lead utilization efficiency
- Team discipline & reporting quality
- Escalation handling capability
Strict Notice: Any misuse of authority, false reporting,
negligence, or violation of company policy may result in
disciplinary action, role downgrade, or termination
as per management decision.
